We know life happens. Here's how we handle cancellations — simply and fairly.
Public Workshops
If We Cancel
More than 7 days before the session Full refund of your session fee (€37/person).
3–7 days before the session We'll transfer your spot to the next available session at no extra cost.
Less than 24 hours before the session Your fee transfers to a future session. No refund at this stage, but your place is safe for next time.
No-show without notice The fee is forfeited. You're always warmly welcome to register for a future session as normal.

If we ever need to cancel a session for any reason, you will receive a full refund promptly. We will always do our best to offer an alternative date.
Because private sessions are prepared exclusively for your group, we ask for a little more notice than our public workshops.
More than 14 days before the session Full refund of your session fee (€37/person).
7–14 days before the session We'll work with you to reschedule to a mutually convenient date at no extra cost.
Less than 7 days before the session The full fee is charged. Materials will have been purchased and the date held exclusively for your group.
Discounts Private bookings may be eligible for a group discount — just ask us when you enquire.
Pilot Workshops

Less than 7 days before the session We'll transfer your fee to the next available session — no refund at this stage, but your spot is safe for next time.
If you're feeling unwell Please don't come — we want the room to feel safe and calm for everyone. Let us know as soon as you can and we'll transfer your fee to the next session, regardless of timing.
No-show without notice The material fee is forfeited. We'd still love to see you at a future session — just register as normal when you're ready.
